The first workout was terrible, a real torture. The exercises are kayaking, swimming, very fast movements with  light weights.
Generally it does in no more than 2 hours. For swimming I alternate different rhythms. When I say light weight  in mean no more than 10 kilos but the speed of execution makes it difficult.





We made this video  at the Hill House in Chalong. very beautiful view from the terrace! There's something always happens after the trainings is retching and dizziness. each time the bar is pushed higher.




Regarding the trainings equipement we have an anchor and ropes, sometimes we use small bottles of water.




I prefer the outdoor workouts, and I hate the punsh ups.

One of my prefered workouts is the swiming/towing session.

Pour la remise en forme il n'y a pas mille facons d'agir, il faut forcer et il faut se fatiguer!
