my GPS GARMIN 60 CSx

For the crossing, I will have a compass, a GPS and a  waterproof torch and of course a map.  I will have also to bring enough batteries. GPS autonomy is 18 hours and 12 hours for the torch. the nights are long, almost 12 hours . I have not found a compass for dinghys so I prefer a compass. the departure will Similan islands phuket to the northwest and then I will go down to Tarutao in the border with Malaysia located at 180 NM then back  to phuket. this second part of the crossing will be is very interesting. well,
